The main purpose of this project is to consolidate the existing Philips Innovation Campus (PIC) facility spread across three buildings into one strategic space in Bengaluru City by implementing the Global Workplace Innovation Standards (WPI) to the new workplace.
Ethos of Project Prana –
Future of Work - The Philips Vision Statement reads “We build something today that will support us in the future”. The primary objective of this project is to design a campus to support future teams and individual workstyles.
Innovation as a focus - One amongst the four PIC’s in the world, the Philips Bengaluru campus is of strategic importance from a global standpoint.
The project seeks to create a dynamic, collaborative environment that celebrates the culture of research and innovation at Philips
Hybrid working - The campus seeks to effectively integrate a hybrid work scenario that allows employees to work from home up to two days a week
Celebrate our purpose - A huge source of pride is how Philips saves lives. In sync with Phillip’s mission to positively impact three billion lives by 2030, the campus aspires to celebrate that purpose
As a senior Strategy consultant at Gensler, I am leading the change management process – by supporting to transition the business teams to the ‘future of work’, integrating hybrid work scenarios while creating a collaborative environment that celebrates the culture of research and innovation at Philips. I have been providing consistent engagement with change champions, leadership, key stakeholders and downstream teams to successfully achieve the workplace strategy vision.
